- Shipping and freight charges are not refundable unless the item was shipped to you in error.
- Return shipping and freight charges are also your responsibility unless the item was shipped to you in error.
- Our order policy is that all items will be shipped immediately the order is placed.
Items purchased in perfect condition can not be returned, hence customers are strongly advised to carefully check the items before leaving the supermarket.
However items in bad condition can only be returned within 30mins after purchase (only for customers that make purchase offline).
